About this house rental
Spend an unforgettable holiday surrounded by idyllic countryside in this comfortable holiday home.
The house, part of the hamlet, was originally the hunting lodge of a noble family and is surrounded by a fenced park with a marvellous garden full of flowers, plants, fountains and fruit trees. The part of the house reserved for guests extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a portico with columns overlooking the garden. An antique marble staircase from the living room leads to the eat-in kitchen, from whose windows you can see part of the garden, and the attic with a double bed, a few steps lead down to the other two bedrooms.
Enjoy the sun in a deckchair on the private terrace and savour delicious dishes from the barbecue while dining al fresco.
The location of the house in the centre of the Veneto region offers a wide range of historical, artistic and natural routes. Visit the wineries of Breganze, where Vespaiolo and Torcolato wines are produced. The Asiago plateau and the chain of the Lesser Dolomites are ideal for hiking and alpine sports. The alpine rivers and lakes of the region are ideal for swimming.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im hinteren Teil eines Gebäudes aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat stets unseren Bedürfnissen entsprochen. Die Wohnung bietet recht viel Platz, eingerichtet mit einer Mischung aus Antiquitäten (von denen man viele auch erwerben kann) und IKEA-Mobiliar. Die Badarmaturen könnten mal ein Update brauchen. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Töpfe und Geschirr/Gläser nicht ganz auf dem Niveau des Ambientes. Dennoch ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit bis in den letzten Winkel hat uns positiv überrascht. Ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Klimaanlage hat nur ein Innengerät in der Nähe der Schlafzimmer. Man muss also ordentlich "vorkühlen" oder bei offenen Schlafzimmertüren schlafen.
Sarcedo selbst bietet außer einem guten Weingut (La Costa) und Geschäften der Grundversorgung wenig, aber man ist schnell in Breganze oder Thiene. Vicenza ist schnell zu erreichen. Überhaupt sind viele interessante Orte von Verona bis Venedig schnell zu erreichen. Der Hausherr hat viele Tipps aufgeschrieben. Auch auf das Hochplato von Asiago kann man relativ schnell gelangen und dort ein ganz anderes Venetien erleben. Alles in allem: ein Geheimtip.

Die geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer historischen Villa mit Park. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit guter Verkehrsanbindung, so dass die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region problemlos erreichbar sind. Gute Restaurants und Supermarkt in der näheren Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment was clean and well appointed throughout, and the hosts welcoming and helpful. The location is pretty good for travellers as it is central to good roads in all directions but for those who like to relax 'at home' we found the spacious rooms and enjoyable gardens peacefully tranquil. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The host was very pleasant & friendly. However, the property did not meet my expectations, especially when compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The photos showed a light-filled, airy apartment. It was not. The bathrooms need updating. It was not as good value as other places we stayed for the same cost.
