Sehr schönes Hotel, tolle Betten, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück
Die Lage is leider noch so attraktiv. Man ist mitten in eine Uni-Campus und sonst ziemlich abgeschnitten vom Rest von Heidelberg.

Warum muss man für Parken 9 Euro bezahlen, wenn dann abends kein einziger Parkplatz mehr frei ist?

The location of the hotel was very quiet and that added to our pleasant experience during our stay there. Drive in was very good, parking locations could have been more readable for first timers like me. We spent some time looking for the parking but found it eventually. But the room was quite elegant, bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom is of good size and bright. Overall the stay was very relaxing and fun. Staff was quite helpful as well. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. Excellent baked goods, etc. Also, the live egg counter was fun.
The TV situation. Since, the weather was not optimal for an outing, we felt like spending the evening at the hotel in the room to relax, but the TV had very limited options and no streaming options, also, couldn't connect to the TV from our devices to cast any content. Would have been more fun.

Modern, sauber, freundliches Personal
Zimmertüren fallen so schwer und laut ins Schloss, dass im Nebenzimmer das Bett wackelt. Sonntag morgen um 7 Uhr geweckt worden, weil im Nebenzimmer andauernd die Zimmertür auf gemacht wurde und mit lautem Rumms zufiel. Das darf in einem Neubau eigentlich nicht passieren!
