For seniors and others not accustomed to use modern technology, I do NOT recommend this hotel. Examples to support this:
- I could not understand how to control temperature in the room
- there is no small night light to guide seniors in their multiple trips to the toilet at night
- some information is behind QR codes which I as on older adult don’t use
But luggage storage after checkout was very simple.

I booked for 11nights,
1) promised to clean room and change towels after 7 days but NOT done.
2) moved out 2 days earlier, no consideration for refund
3) demand change of towels for 5 euro dollars each, ridiculous
$$$$
