A bit far from the main station

This is a fine place to stay and good value for a large town hotel. Only problem is self check-in. Be aware that the Mavis in the foyer us the check-in machine and not an ATM as I thought! It would be good if there was a sign on the door to alert the guest to it ( with English and other language options would be ideal) as we wandered around the carpark of the 'SCheck-in' supermarket thinking it was where we should check in. A bit of a laugh afterwards but not fun late at night with luggage.
Really nice city to visit and good waking distance.

The automatic check in is easy to use however a more personal touch would be appreciated in rooms of this kind. The room was a bit on the small side and not very clean. There is a kettle and two cups but no fridge. There isn't a closet so we had to have our luggage placed on the floor and open all the time.
