The best location. Simple and convenient system. Staff are friendly. And I could keep my luggage before and after using my room.
My room was very noisy with traffic from early morning until late at night. If you're not a fan of the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend checking the room first before you commit to staying. The facility looked enough but It was a dealbreaker that there were no outlets around the bed or sofa. I need a luggage rack,too. There’s no bath mat in the bathroom. They probably would have brought one if I asked, but I guess it’s not an essential item?

We loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed! The apartment was also just a few mins aways from 2 groceries (carrefour express and esselunga) and Porta Nuova. Everything we wanted to see in Turin was just less than a 10min walk away from the apartment.
There was a requirement to inform the front desk of check-outs before 9:00am ahead of time. We weren't able to do so, and only realized the night before check-out that our train leaves at 9:20 and had to do check-out earlier than 9:00am. Lucky for us, someone was at the frontdesk before 9:00am and did the check-out for us.

Location, ease to access and contact. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly with great recommendations. Bed was very comfortable.
We stayed at the front of the building by the lift and it was a little noisy from the road traffic and guests coming home late.
the shower enclosure was very small.

Location and it was clean
Difficult to find, layout of apartment is weird. Parking is not next to hotel but in a nearby carpark for 20 euros. The utensils and things for the kitchen and placed all over the apartment. Getting in after hours is complicated.
