Lady at reception when we arrived was so helpful. Spoke excellent English.
Very good quality varied breakfast options. Staff very professional.
On a main road so some traffic noise but on the flip side near tram stop for connectivity.

my bad review is mostly related to the very uncomfortable bed. The mattress was tilting on one side and the springs could be felt on the body.
The rest was right value for money.
