We had a wonderful time and our hosts were very accommodating. Going downstairs for breakfast every morning was very convenient and appreciated.

The property is located right in the centre of Montepulciano so very convenient to the wine caves and many restaurants and shops just meters away. The property also features a restaurant with an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside. The room was very comfortable and spacious including a small fridge and really nice towels (important to us). The staff was amazing, literally any request we had like help with parking or extra steamed milk was welcomed and met with enthusiasm to make sure our stay was comfortable and a wonderful experience. The wine tasting was an exceptional and memorable experience with Erica and Francesco. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The room was just missing some bottled water and a couple of glasses.

The location is excellent right in the piazza. Great views from their patio. The people are gorgeous good breakfast and the restaurant is exceptional. Great shops. The area is incredible we hired e bikes to look around.
The room is very dark and the shower is so small once you’re in it you cannot move. The room could do with a makeover very old and flat pillows. No glasses water or plates or cutlery in room. It’s very basic but is cheaper so I suppose it’s great value for money.
