Excellent location literally opposite the Basel main train station. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and how clean and tidy it was. The self-service check-in was user friendly - a huge bonus when arriving very tired late in the evening. The free Basel Card was unexpected and much appreciated

It was clean and good value.
The humanless check-in was not good. I was unable to get inside even though I was promised that check-in was possible up until 11pm and it was only 1030. A guest finally let me into the outer lobby. Then when the auto check-in would not accept my reservation number it cost me an international cell phone call to finally get a live person who agreed I had the right reservation number and finally checked me in. (My room was fully prepaid!)

The location. Exactly 2 minutes to bus station 50 - to airport.
The check in was after 15:00 and we find the room dirty. In fact, they didn’t wanted to let us check in because the cleaning lady doesn’t even arrived at the accommodation to clean the room. The room was ready 2 hours later. Unprofessional.
