Very conveniently situated for train travel and for sightseeing in the old town.
The room was well equipped and quiet, despite being right next to the station.
There was a good choice at breakfast.

Location is great. Tram 16 stop by the door, the main train station is only 3 minutes walk, if you walk slow, maybe 5 minutes. But you can take the tram and get off next stop. But walking is quicker.
No A/C and it was warm.
