The hotel is on a side street only a little walk from Versaille. It was close to resteraunts and breakfast locations. It was a very nice small, local hotel that was very charming.
There are a few flights of stairs, but they are very pretty. It is not a very updated hotel, but I felt it added to the authenticity of the hotel.

The room was really nice with the garden access - I would take the same next time if possible. It was very calm and clean.
The isolation is not vcery good but that didn't matter a lot.

Close to the conference center of Versailles and Versailles’s entrance. So, practical.
There is no elevator. The stairs are old and steep, and I had a big suit case. No help to bring it up.
Also, no AC. The hotel staff was fixing some ventilators but I didn’t get one. I had a zoom call in the afternoon and I did it from my room, and the neighbors in the room next door complained I was making too much noise, I guess the rooms are not really sound proof. I didn’t have breakfast cause I had to leave early - no effort on that. No kettle in the room either.
