The areas for kids to play were exceptional and kept clean and the atmosphere of the staff and the hotel was very child/family friendly
Although it was child friendly there was not really any food options for children which is hard when you don’t have a kitchen on a city break so would encourage bringing food and use the fridges in the room to store it

Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast , location ideal for getting a bus into Versailles and train station for going into Paris
Evening meal wasnt great food not cooked so well, chicken was tough and leeks not cooked enough

We thought the breakfast was poor value for the money at €19.
The sachets of coffee in the room had solidified into hard lumps and tasted stale. Also no milk was provided in the room. On the first evening after changing for bed we had to go down to reception and get a mug of milk from the dining room.
