We ordered two queen rooms for two couples traveling together. One room was good but the other had AC that didn’t work. The hotel tried to fix but there was an issue with that. Overall a good stay with nice and helpful staff. We had breakfast across the street at a small bar/restaurant. Hotel has excellent location to bus stop that goes to chateaux and rive gauche train station.
Location was a bit far from chateaux and train station (RER C) but there is a but line that is easy for 2.5 euros each way. AC didn’t work in one of the rooms and friends had to finally change rooms.

We thought the breakfast was poor value for the money at €19.
The sachets of coffee in the room had solidified into hard lumps and tasted stale. Also no milk was provided in the room. On the first evening after changing for bed we had to go down to reception and get a mug of milk from the dining room.
