Great location within easy walking distance of the Palace of Versailles and the train station into Paris, but what really made our stay stand out was the staff.
We originally chose the hotel because it looked comfortable and modern, but the service absolutely exceeded all expectations. The team were incredibly welcoming and genuinely made us feel at home — nothing was ever too much trouble.
They went above and beyond with thoughtful touches, including a good luck package for my sister running the Paris Marathon, helping resolve an issue with a restaurant order, and a lovely towel display for my niece.
A fantastic stay made even better by an exceptional team — we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Friendly staff, good location. Very walkable to palace of Versailles, close to lots of good restaurants. Thoughtful touches to limit the environmental impact of a hotel stay.

Very good breakfast in very small tables. Exceptionally friendly staff. I commend them for their free water policy to save plastic. Excellent location for the Chateau and the train station to reach Paris. Rooms were usually what mercure offers. Lifts helpful.
Parking was full when we arrived so we had to leave the car in the street but the hotel is around the police so it's clearly safe!
