A beautifully restored ancient building converted to a luxury hotel/guest house equipped to the highest standard. Particular thanks to Vanna for coming to collect us. The village of San Gimignano is also beautifully restored and maintained. Well worth a visit and Palazzo Al Torrione is definitely the place to stay inside the city walls

Personnel was rude and I was hung up twice when I called to ask for directions to reach the property. Also the bed was too hard.
