The hotel is located just outside Arezzo in the countryside and has an excellent restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable.
There was only a bath in the room which took a long time to fill and did not have a hot/cold regulator that worked. I would ask not to have Room M next time.

Very nice agroturismo with good quality and nice service.
Two things. A bit complicated to find it especially since the road is not paved. Second it is very close to the trains (high speed and local), so in the morning every 5 minutes you heard them passing.
