The room was great. The small pool was lovely. We were upgraded which was nice. No bar area and all staff gone by 8pm. It’s a nice relaxed place just out of Arezzo for a one or two night stay. You have to book all spa things extra such as jacuzzi and sauna. Barrel sauna was 29€ for 1 hour but it was nice and hot. There is a small gym with 4 machines.
You pay extra for facilities that would usually be included in a spa hotel. It’s beautifully laid out but why is the big swimming pool off limits? There is no bar service. Or coffee service although coffee is in the rooms. The gym is not set up for weights workout only cardio.

It was total relaxation in the perfect location.
The Jacuzzi could've been a little hotter but that's my American preference. I know Italians don't like super hot Jacuzzis.

Clean and comfortable stay. Spacious room!
Staff was not helpful at all. We bought out own food for he night cause the location is far for travellers and they didn’t want us to use their unoccupied microwave to heat it. Breakfast was also very disappointing.
