They gave me an upgrade and free entrance to the SPA, which both were great extra services! Furthermore staff is very friendly. Breakfast was extensive, fresh and good!

A very well located hotel with good tram and metro connections within a short walk. Short taxi ride to Linate.
Extremely comfortable bed and sound proofed room.
Helpful and friendly staff.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms outside of peak “summer”. Even though the temperature in Milan was 26 centigrade the heating was ON and could not be turned off.
If you plan to stay here be aware that although the listing states air conditioning this is not true outside of “summer”.

You can tell that this hotel used to be Grand. There are some impressive structural features. The staff were incredibly helpful and nice.
The place feels tired, the sofa bed in our room was broken, the tv didn’t work, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours talking. The spa is disappointing, the sauna was closed so there’s only a steam room, a jacuzzi and a cold pool. The breakfast was sad, it felt cheap. The juice is watered down, the meat and cheese was processed, etc.
