The hotel and rooms are beautiful! The rooms are spacious and well furnished with modern decor. Shower pressure excellent, bed comfortable and pillows fantastic (which is not the case in most hotels in Europe).
Close to the Metro station.
We pre-booked a few months in advance and specifically requested a room far away from the elevator and noise. We received a very noisy room by the elevator. We requested to move but hotel was full. Ended up in another room which had people moving furniture from 21:00-05:00 in the morning. This greatly affected our sleep.
We were on a business trip and had breakfast at 07:30 due to meetings. The chef (from whom we had to order eggs), was nowhere in sight. After several requests to the waiters, the chef was called and arrived in no hurry to help guests. We were late due to a waiting time of more than 30 minutes just to get poached eggs. She was unfriendly and everything seemed too much trouble for her. Not a good reflection on the customer service. The Level lounge needs an upgrade.
