I like how professional the staff is
I didn’t like how after restaurant hrs there was no vending machine… I feel like the hotel can make a lot more extra money if vending machine were on every floor when you come out the elevator…as there is a big empty space fore it… I didn’t like how the cleaner came and knock on my door to leave the room when I didn’t even check out late…like 10 mins before she was knocking on the door… when I first came I had to pay and extra €40 I feel like it should be included in the price shown on booking.com because I wasn’t aware of that charge and when checking out.. watching other guess check in.. they didn’t know about that charge either… in the bath had a funny smell like I think it the drainage.. and the metal things in the shower were rusty….. the bathroom I would say it was clean… but the bedding on the small bed was definitely dirty.. I took off the sheets and even the mattress has stain in it.. i don’t know… but there is nothing to do at the hotel… like no slot machines.. no spa.. not even real grass i feel like the hotel could be better because it had a lot of space to be better

restaurant was not 24h/7. only pizza after 10pm or so and closes at 11pm. minor inconvenience (able to order food)
strikes meant that had to take bus to metro and metro downtown. sometimes taxi which was expensive
bathroom needs to be modernized
