Be aware of some steep stairs and low ceilings in places. Not a problem, part of the historic charm.

Pillows are single pillows you’d find on a couch
Tired and carpets worn needs serious TLC
Staff arguing and being told off by management in public
Room keys are stupid and need to be left at the lobby - several times staff not present to receive or return
Parking is shocking
