Very friendly staff. The hotel is very conveniently located just 10 minutes from the city centre with the advantages of free parking in a park&ride 1 minute away from the hotel.

room cold radiator not working.Guy came to look at it did nothing.Hair dryer in room broke had to go to reception to get one note on wall had been there a long time as she knew what room i was in.We had booked with friends same price their room had coffee machine tea coffee fridge ours was basic room.I had taken a kettle but it was taking a long time to switch off so went to reception they wanted 40 euros for 4 nights for it so used our own.
We ordered food first night had to wait nearly an hour and a half for it as there was only one lady on and she was working reception as well.When it came it was just a small piece lasgne no salad or anything with it.
