Good location, only 10min walk to the centre, close to the station, and the main parking garage for Bruges is next door.
Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Overall a good stay.
We got a room in the old part of the hotel, which had no elevator. Hard to carry our bags upstairs
The rooms are a bit dated
Housekeeping can be improved; they didn't refill the hand soap and we had to go down to reception for more

Breakfast, location and staff are excellent!
The hotel seem a bit old, so you can see that the sink in the bathroom is a bit rusty for example-not really a problem when balancing all the positives :)

The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was great, just 10 mins walk to the center of town. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Parking was easy just underneath the market place in front of the hotel.

The hotel is well located near the historic neighborhood. Warm welcoming. Easy to find and use the parking. 16,5€/24h. Easy check in.
Breakfast well organized. Lot of food.
Wake up at 5AM because the desk guy isn't able to give a emergency number to a Colombian dude who's handle the health of his wife.
The room needs a refresh. For 4 stars. It's not enough.
