The stuff was helpful and friendly, easily assessable by the phone. They spoke much better German than English, but one still could explain his/her needs. The bungalow was spacious and very clean, fridge, stove and microwave worked well (short comment - there is no electric kettle in the house). A supermarket was just across the road, 3 min walk, that was very convenient

The beds were not very comfortable - sleeping on them for a week gave us quite a backache. Also, when asking for bedsheets from the host, we did not receive the duvet cover and the duvet had quite a rough texture
