Dass selbst Sonntags der Haustechniker kam als der Safe nicht funktionierte. Die Anlage liegt sehr schön und Strandnah.
Nutzen der Tiefgaragenauffahrt leider nur mit Aufsitzen des Autos möglich, trotz normalem Auto und sehr langsamer Fahrt.

Posizione vicinissima al mare e disponibilità piscina pur avendo un appartamento privato.
Arredamento appartamento da rinnovare, materasso da sostituire.

Sehr sauber, geräumig, super Lage, Liegen am Meer, Aufzug, Großer Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, Ruhige Anlage.
Anreise ist um 11 Uhr möglich aber das Apartment kann man erst gegen 17 Uhr wenn es geputzt wird beziehen. Pool ist sehr sauber aber fast nie besetzt weil man keine Liegen oder Schirme hat. Meistens sind 1-2 Familien mit Kleinkinder da. In der Wohnung waren immer Ameisen, jeden Morgen musste man den Tag mit Ameisen zusammenkehren begingen. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Bei Bedarf war Tagsüber niemand zu erreichen.
