Wonderful villa surrounded by the green of the pine forest, just 400mt from the beach, featuring a spacious private and fenced garden. The property consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a washing machine). It comes with A/C, and two uncovered parking spaces.
*Check-in: 16:00-19:00 (20:00 in high season)
*Check-out: 09:00
°Services included:
-1 beach place per accommodation (1 parasol, 1 deckchair, 1 sunbed from the 4th row)
°Services/items not included - Mandatory > to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency:
-Security deposit: 100 euros > to be returned at check-out after the apartment inspection
-City tax

Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer + Schlafsofa. Die Betten sind ok.
Die Küche ist wie immer etwas klein, aber ausreichend.
Alle Fenster haben ein Insektenschutz das ist klasse.
Es sind zwei WC vorhanden.
Das große Manko ist die Dusche fast wie in allen Objekten etwas klein und ungemütlich.
Da das Objekt nicht zentral gelegen ist sollte man unbedingt Fahrräder dabei haben.
Fazit: Preis Leistung ist ok.

Vom Strand cca. 500 m entfernt, eine Villa, wo du dich wie zu Hause wohl fühlst. Drei Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnraum einschl. Küche. Genug Schränke für die Klamotten, die Möbel sind zwar alt aber .. na ja es geht. Schließlich wil man lieber am Strand sitzen und sich amüsieren. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus im Garten. Grill vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei (aufgepasst Grillrost einpacken). Ich werde beim nächsten Mal ein einen Stromkabel (Verteiler) und einen Adapter für die Steckdose einpacken. fenster und Türe: mit Fliegernetz, die Klimaanlage ist i.O.
Alles zusammengefasst: wir haben 2 Wochen in der Villa verbracht und es war perfekt. Kann für alle mit ruhigem Herzen empfehlen.

Strandnähe top, Platz im Haus ausreichend, leider ziemlich heruntergekommen und muffig.
