Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
In dem Haus Oskar 2 sind auch Arbeiter untergebracht, welche in Grado auf Baustellen arbeiten. Der Lärm, wenn sie abends nach Hause kommen, ist unerträglich. Lautes Rumschreien, trinken und singen sind täglich bis nach Mitternacht sehr laut zu hören. Die Betten sind für große Leute ab 1,90m nicht gut geeignet. Kopf und Füße schauen dann über den Bettrand... Eine Filterkaffeemaschine wäre eine gute Anschaffung in den Ferienwohnungen.
