The position of the apartment is great, also the spaciousness. There is one bedroom oriented towards a square full of restaurants, which could be loud in the evening with e.g. live music. One bedroom is towards backyard which is quieter. Parking is just at the apartment. Parking fee is extra 18EUR day. Agency which rents this apartment offers a beach packet for umbrella, two sunbeds and entrance is about 20-25EUR/day (most of the beach in Grado is entrance only) which is bit cheaper then if you'd buy it directly on the beach.
Ants in the apartment. There is an extra fee for bed linen and towels 30 EUR per person and you need to make your bed (at least in our case). The apartment is is little bit dated.
