Perfect location, near the beach and near the old town. Cute litte appartement, all new, it really contains everything you need (ironing board, iron, washing machine, lots of cuttlery and plates, pans and glasses, unusual high standard for and appartment). Even plenty of hooks and shelves to put things, very spacious wardrobe. Secure parking wirhin the building. Flat is located in a small quiet road. Almost no traffic, very quiet. Terasse very large, perfect for nice breakfasts. Pur son (12) slept on the sofa bed in the living room, seemed comfortable. I have been in Grado for many times, best appartment so far, mainly in that price category. Flat is all new inside, applianced all new and of high quality, air conditioning. Big plus ot thst the terasse is covered with a roof so it is nice and shady most of the day. Highly recommended, will be back for sure!
