Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bezüglich des Aufenthalt alles gesagt.Unser Zimmer entsprach der gebuchten Kategorie.
Die Einzelbetten waren sehr bequem.
Das Restaurant ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die angebotenen Speisen waren sehr lecker.
Das Frühstück Buffet war reichhaltig,für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.
Das das Frühstück nicht inklusive war,sondern extra bezahlt werden musste (was aber auch vor der Buchung bekannt war) Wir finden nur das bei einem Doppelzimmer Preis von 140 Euro,das Frühstück inklusive sein sollte.
Die Preise der angebotenen Speisen (auch wenn die Qualität sehr gut war) empfanden Wir etwas teuer.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig.
Der Duschschlauch hing lose in der Handbrause. Duschen war kaum möglich. Das hätte dem Reinigungspersonal beim saubermachen auffallen müssen. Das Zimmer befand sich zur Hauptstraße. Es war auch noch Nachts bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr laut. Ich habe mrin Handyladegerät vergessen daraufhin wurde ich angerufen und mir wurde angeboten es mir zuzuschicken. Auf meine Frage was das Porto kostet wurde mir gesagt "das machen wir so". Hab schon gedacht "super Service". Dann kam das Päckchen und darin lag neben dem Ladegerät eine Rechnung über 10 €. Nix mit super Service.
