Great location and kids friendly
They don’t have good coffee machine. Coffee was super bad Less varieties in restaurant.

I liked the pool with 3 different saunas available, there is a kids' club room if you are travelling with kids; if you want to socialize or stay away from the room in the evening - there are couple of club rooms with books and magazines next to the bar and of course there is a restaurant - so no need to leave the place in case of bad weather. Some comments are saying that the hotel is not too modern, but I would not expect posh hotel in this mountain region - there is no need in shining things for 500 EUR per night.

Dinner was very disappointing. We booked for 7:30 and when we got to the buffet there was very little food left. When we talked to staff we were told there was a lot of people at 6pm and that is why there was little food. A large table also complained at the same time. When we booked dinner for that time we were not told it would be too late. In actual fact staff were setting up the tables around us for breakfast which does not make for a relaxing setting. In addition, the idea of a buffet is there is constant food until it closes.
