The location was great - seemed like a safe neighbourhood with plenty of eating options in all price ranges within walking distance. Close to a main rer/metro interchange so handy for travelling around.
Hotel was beautifully appointed and comfortable beds, blackout blinds and aircon were really appreciated as we were in Paris during a heatwave.
Daily cake and iced tea were a lovely touch each afternoon.
Service/friendliness from staff was patchy, which was unexpected given the price point. Some were lovely, some could not be bothered to help at all (check in experience was not great - arrived at 3pm, waited around for around 10-mins at an empty reception, went to find someone and were told we’d just have to wait as they were on a break). Spa projector and then sound were not working and there didn’t seem to be particular interest in helping us to sort it out, so we gave up in the end.
