Rooms were well apportioned and equipped. Very clean. Service staff friendly although may need a bit of improvement.
Not a lot of options for restaurants or shops in the near vicinity, unless one walks to the old town. Hotel kitchen also closes early.

Hotel was in great location! Walking around was safe - breakfast was well worth the money! Room was spacious, loved the bath tub, great view of homes behind us - saw fireworks for New Year's Eve right out our window!
The beds were not the most comfortable, but we got used to them. That is the only thing I wish was better - made me toss & turn a little more than I would have liked. Overall the room was great - just hard beds.

Location was great, side-view of canals and 10 min walk to city center. Check-in was easy. Parking location was convenient.
I would appreciate a standard daily parking fee as a hotel guest instead of paying each time i left the garage. Check-in clerk was not clear about the available amenities (he did not know breakfast cost or schedule). Walls were thin making it easy to hear hallway/street traffic at night.
