Great location, short walk through the York Museum Gardens to the city centre. Breakfast was lovely, choice of continental or full English. Host Spiros was pleasant.
Our room was on the top floor, up 4 flights of steep stairs. There was only winter donnas which was uncomfortable during warmer nights.

Nothing, the structure is perfect. Obviously if you have movement limitation could be an issue, but this point is clear and you have one or two floor to reach your bedrooms.

Close to everything
Noise in other rooms . Somebody left their tv on all night long but did apologize in the morning in front of the man in charge

Owners were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, the property needed some upgrading as was very dated.
Rooms made bigger. Bathroom very tiny so couldn't sit on toilet properly. Shower very small and dated. Window didn't shut properly. If anyone moved about in their room on top floor all the boards creaked. The whole attic level needed totally re decorating.
