Große überdachte Loggia mit schöner Aussicht aber im April zu kühl zum draußen sitzen. Dafür im Sommer sicher super angenehm. Auf der Terrasse zur Straße hin war es hingegen angenehm warm, dort ist die Aussicht aber weniger schön.
Schimmel im Badezimmer hinter dem Vorhang mit starkem Geruch. Heizen (per Klimaanlage) nur in der Küche möglich, nicht in den Schalfzimmern
