Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht gut deutsch! Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage (5Minuten zum Centrum) und der Ausblick aufs Meer und die Stadt sind ein tägliches Highlight für uns gewesen! Wohnung alles sehr sauber und sogar ein bißchen weihnachtlich dekoriert!!
Wir waren über Silvester in Porec und haben Land und Leute genauso sehr genossen wie im Sommer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Klimatyzacja w salonie i obu sypialniach sterowana w każdym pomieszczeniu oddzielnie (nie widać na zdjęciach). Dużo gier, puzzli i klocków dla małych i dużych. Super wyposażona kuchnia, zapewnione kostki do zmywarki i kapsułki do prania. Na balkonie można zjeść śniadanie patrząc na morze, bo jest stolik i krzesełka, a po południu rozwinąć markizę chroniącą przed słońcem. Cytujac klasyka: "Marian, tu jest jakby luksusowo" 😃. Ok 15 min spacerem do plaży dla rodzin z małymi dziećmi (wydzielono basen ze słoną wodą: brodzik o głębokości 0.15 m i basen o max. głębokości 1.35 m).

Vyborna lokalita 5 min od centra a 10 min od kamienkovej plaze Parentino, pekaren hned za rohom, tak isto aj obchody a restauracie, ci lunapark. Krasny vyhlad z balkona na centrum, more a vecer vysvietene kolotoce 😉. Apartman je v podstate plne vybaveny 3 izbovy byt, kde nic nechyba. Klimatizacia je v každej izbe. Hostitelka bola velmi mila. Parkovanie hned pred bytovkou.
Mensi nedostatok je plytky sprchovy kut, z ktoreho vyteka voda a zla regulácia teplej vody, ktora tecie velmi horuca.
