It was everything we needed. No problem whatsoever. A comfortable and normal place, not a five-star hotel and if you are picky and demanding, best skip it, but if you are a normal person looking for a place to stay for a number of nights, it is more than adequate. We stayed only for two nights, but wouldn't have a problem with staying more.
The toilet/bathroom was a little cramped, but perfectly functional and clean. Not seeing it as a problem, but a trade-off for the price.

Apartament ma bardzo dobre położenie. Blisko do plaży i miasteczka. W pobliżu sklep spożywczy. Gospodyni bardzo miła i pomocna we wszystkim :) Apartament wyglądał dokładnie tak jak w ofercie, bardzo wygodny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Dziękujemy za pobyt, i będąc w Poreću następnym razem, chętnie znowu się w nim zatrzymamy :)
Wszystko było w porządku, nie było nic negatywnego, dlatego buźka nie może być smutna tylko uśmiechnięta :):):)

We liked everything, had a great balcony and place for making meat outside.
Very nice and friendly owner, brought us fruits to our apartement. And place is very very close to beach and sea.
We stayed for a week.

la gentilezza dei propietari , la posizione molto tranquilla e vicina alla pineta
sicuramente il bagno troppo piccolo ,veramente scomodo ,gli ambienti avrebbero bisogno di un rimodernamento , il parcheggio sotto la pianta di fichi e di conseguenza l'auto sempre sporca ,camera con un letto grande e difronte un divano letto che ostruisce il passaggio ,tv laterale al letto impossibile da vedere, a noi poco importa perché siamo sempre stati in spiaggia e la sera fuori
