Room 4 have muld on the walls and smell very bad and the air was unbearable to breathe.
The window overlooked a motorcycle garage, and at 6 o'clock in the morning you could hear the motorcycles.
The price of the room was the same as other rooms that looked much better. I don't understand how you can accommodate a customer in this room, in these bad conditions.

Location being central to everything.
Breakfast was standout.

General feel and ambience is beautiful and authentically Bali.
Free filtered water in our room.
Menu items were a little overpriced
Pool lounges need replacing.
Bar across the lane has live music from 8-10pm, but other than that is very quiet
