Spacious. Great location. Fully furnished. Free parking. Price performance. Better than expected.
Almost nothing but small things like one of the bathroom sinks was draining a bit slow.
Hot water is not infinite and it takes some time to recharge but acceptable.

Great location. The host was available when needed. Very clean.
Apartment not good for 5 people. We had a hot shower for 2-3 baths at most (5 minutes each). Then the boiler was out of hot water and we had to wait 1+ hour. Old building with elevator for 3 people (and my wife got stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes in one occasion). Description is not precise - apartment has no bathtub and has one full bathroom and one half bathroom (toilet and sink only). One bedroom with bed for a couple and another with a bunk bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room.
