Beautiful cosy, warm, modern, clean apartment - big balcony with view of the snowy mountains.
Storage available in building garage for ski equipment. Outdoor parking available on site.
Comfortable beds and lots of clean towels.
Building set on slopes for ski in/ski out. Slope has a steep decline to the town gondola but it’s a short run and would be manageable for less experienced skiers.
Twenty minute walk to town - this was not an issue for us as we carried a change of shoes in our backpacks - would be a long walk in ski boots if the last run of the day took you into town. Also, road leading to the apartment was snow covered. In times of heavy snow, chains/snow tyres are likely to be needed, however there are plenty of taxis available in town.

Nice spacious apartment that was well fitted out and matched the photographs.
The apartment was warm, the heating and plumbing worked well.
The apartment block was quiet.
The property manager was friendly, responsive and welcoming, as was the person who met us with the keys.

15 min walk into the centre of Cervinia
Ski in/out to the Cielo Alto side for the adventurous
There are no fire escapes, signs, or emergency lighting in the block. When the lock failed on the front door, it was impossible to open it. It certainly wouldn't meet UK fire safety regulations, and I'd be surprised if it met EU rules.
The final stretch of road (500m) wasn't cleared of snow, even through the rest of the town and local roads were cleared, which meant we would have struggled without winter tyres on the car - make sure your hire car has winter tyres.
Being asked to pay the tourist tax in cash on arrival - there was no mention of this in the listing.
30 euro late check in charge for arriving between 9pm and Midnight.
Only one set of keys provided.
There was an issue with the front door lock/key which meant we had to leave through the garage on one occasion.
