溫馨小房間，雖然設備沒有很新穎，但很齊全。空間很大，一間房間是雙人床，另一間是上下舖。這次入住兩人，空間很足夠，適合2-3人入住，4人應該會太擁擠。有餐桌方便用餐，也有沙發可以休息。廚房用具齊全，烤箱、鍋子、碗盤、杯子、餐具都有，也有一些調味料像是、鹽、胡椒粉。爐子的火要用打火機才能點著。白天時採光很好，窗戶差一點點點就可以看到馬特宏峰。房東很友善，而且他中文超級好!! 房間在三樓(義大利的二樓) 樓下可以停車很棒，也有一間小小的超市，距離吊椅纜車跟箱型纜車大概都走路10分鐘內可抵達。
房內的燈太暗了，廁所也很暗，但白天窗外的光很好。 不是房東的問題，但遇到電梯壞掉，4天都沒修好，離開時房東還來幫我們搬行李

Ottima la posizione. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile. La grande finestra del soggiorno con quella vista è fantastica.
L’appartamento potrebbe essere più curato e qualche manutenzione sarebbe necessaria.

Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dal centro. Appartamento al secondo piano con ascensore, ampio il soggiorno, molto piccola la cucina, giusta la dimensione delle 2 camere e del bagno. Molto comodo l'accesso con codice e senza chiavi
La pulizia era molto al di sotto delle sufficienza. Evidenti segni di polvere (sul bollitore, sul router, sui ripiani dei mobili della sala). Tende delle finestre con qualche buco e accorciate con delle spille
