The location was excellent, right in the centre of Venice overlooking a beautiful piazza.
Everything spotlessly clean.
Comfortable bed.
Easy access from the vaporetto.
Loved the communal little kitchen area outside the room where we could prepare the complimentary tea’s and coffee’s.
Luggage storage facilities.
Nothing to dislike.

I loved the part that everything was automatic. You receive a code and enter and leave any time you need.
The walls were very thin, so it's very easy to hear neighbors.

The property location is good
The second room wasn’t made up when we arrived. I couldn’t contact the staff and ended up having to sleep under a towel with no bedding. We were two people but were not sharing the double bed. We were told the next day we would have had to request the room to be made up which seems ridiculous as we’ve booked a place with two rooms and if we said we were three people we would have had to pay city tax for three people.
The balcony is nice but no furniture to sit out there and enjoy it.
