Location, room cleanliness and facilities, 2 water bottles included and some tea. Receptionist was extremly helpful and guided me, even though i arrived extremely late (22:30) because of traffic. Very friendly person and he improved the overall experience of hotel, even game some tips to things to see around, and parking. Even made me great coffee during checkout. Room was spotless and i was travelling with a dog - even though room did not have nice view or balcony, as on title images from hotel, it was cool enough so it did not need ac or heating. Rooms were quiet and no sounds from busy traffic or trains. I extended my stay for one more night.
I am not sure of there is breakfast included, booking did not offer the option to include it. However plenty of places to eat around.

The people who helped us were very kind. Apartament was clear, view from balcony was amazing.
I just recommend to have 1 full sized mattress, because it was made from 2 pieces and they were sliding while sleeping.😁
