We stayed in the terrace room with hot tub and this has to be one of the best hotels rooms we have stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel location is perfect for exploring Matera. We were originally only booked in for one night but we enjoyed it so much we stayed another!

Hotel was wonderful and staff were friendly and accommodating! During our stay we got to try out 3 different rooms which was a fun experience. All rooms were unique and comfortable. My order of preference: Superior double room with hot tub (spacious and the hot tub is fabulous) > Small double room split level (fun if you like climbing up to a lofted bed and a unique experience!) > Classic double. The location is very central and close to shopping, restaurants, sites, and hiking. Hope to come back and stay again!

Our stay was exceptional, with beautiful facilities, kind staff and a prime location. WiFi worked great (I was able to join a zoom video meeting) and we never ran out of hot water. The shopping nearby was great and the walkability around the hotel was convenient making it easy to explore the area. Overall a perfect experience
