The location is on a quiet back street, and also close to the centre of town.
There wasn’t a covered area outside where I could smoke and be protected from the rain.

Great Location
We had stayed there last year and was excited to go back , but unfortunately it was not as pleasant this time. It seemed not as well maintained and the staff was not at all friendly

Just a few steps away from the Castle and Town centre. A contemporary design and bathed in light with numerous windows and internal patio.
A good restaurant and friendly staff.
VERY POOR management.
Dirty towels left in bathroom discovered upon our check in.
No dressing gown or slippers despite a superior room until we requested.
We then discovered that there wasn’t even mattress cover! What about the hygiene?
Door key not working on two consecutive days.
A broken bedside light and a broken bedside drawer which rather than being repaired had been blocked with a screw which was half sticking out and a danger.
We requested breakfast in our bedroom. There was no menu or any assistance as to what we could order. When it arrived there was nothing to put on the pancakes and no sugar for the coffee.
The hotel has the most enormous potential but is not managed to the level expected.
The staff charming but junior and clearly not trained to the correct level.
A true shame not to ensure that it meets expectations for a 4 star hotel.
