The location is fantaxtic for an early flight from Bristol airport.
The carpets on the passageways are too thick if you are pulling a heavy case, the wheels get stuck. I have mobility issues and found the uphill path to the departure lounge quite a treck.

It is really filthy, they rely on location. Breakfast is extremely poor and choice is below pass. Value for money very poor.
