    Service is poor, mantra construction workers in the hotel and in the lift with me everytime I took the lift! No facilities at all! Construction noise from next door early in the morning was the last straw!

    email day before claiming "mechanical problems" moved us to Holland House Hotel by Sunday claiming it was an upgrade!! Picked the hotel for location to the Utilita Arena. The Holland House is not an upgrade and do not accept it, claims to be 4 star, maybe 2 1/2. AC in room not working, worn out carpets, breakfast left out way to long, glass panels in doors boarded up, stated bar open to 11:30pm and shut at 10:00pm
