10 mins walk to Cardiff Castle and city centre. You have every essential, towels tea coffee water, of a hotel room. Bed is comfortable.
I live in a top-floor single room and I have a small private shower in my room (no toilet). However, the shower area smells of urine, so I have to keep the door closed. WiFi unstable

Location of the venue was great, the door code system made it convenient for wo of us to come and go separately, all of the facilities were clean, convenient and functional. There was a good amount of space in the room, there were surprisingly good lighting options for such a small space and we had a private bathroom despite expecting it to be shared which was a nice bonus.
The only real issue was the blinds. There were several blinds missing so it was not possible to cover the window fully which meant it would have been easy to see inside the room from outside as well as not being able to shut out daylight in the early morning.
