Staff excellent, polite, helpful
Breakfast very good, however had to pay for decaffeinated coffee and hot water in cafe with breakfast

I loved this hotel. The location was great...walking distance to Ubud Palace. The staff were very helpful.. the restaurant attached to the hotel was wonderful.

Shover outside didnt work, and my friends two differnts type or earings dissapeared....not real gold but memory value..
