For the price it was great - the info about transport to and from Gatwick was super useful (very quick and convenient journey) and the freshly cooked breakfast was yummy and it was surprisingly quiet we slept well.
Some of the decor is a bit scuffed if that sort of thing bothers you. I found adjusting the temperature below boiling in the shower difficult!

Easy access to Gatwick Airport. Good size clean and comfortable room.
The ensuite could do with updating. The separate toilet was a bit awkward so it could do with being combined with the basin and shower.

Good location for Gatwick South. Had emails from staff.
Having to go upstairs with a heavy case. Cooked breakfast very late and property undergoing refurbishment.
