Overall we were satisfied woth the stay. It was only 1 night so we couldnt base the review over a longer duration. But what we needed it for it was good. We have young children so to stay overnight here made sense before flying out. We paid exrra for breakfast and if im honest we felt left a little dissapointed by the options available for breakfast. Wasnt even enough to be called continental. Next time i'll save money and buy breakfast on route. Other then that the hotel was clean,staff were friendly enough and we will hope to use the service again. Best thing about it is the location to gatwick airport. Right next door so you dont have to rush to get to check ins etc.

Nice hotel! 10 minute walk from Gatwick train station. There is a Hoppa bus which took us to the north terminal. I had no problem with the actual hotel or the staff. But because I was coming with four suitcases and two kids, I perhaps next time we will choose the Hilton which is closer to the train station, this would shorten my walk from the train station to the hotel.

Not a walking distance btw hotel n airport moreover the Gatwick Hoppa bus it’s not on time. To me, I will opt for another more nearest hotel. By the way, in my two night stay despite with some bad experience but I did met a very helpful Gatwick Hoppa bus driver while I’m travel with my young child and the hotel staff generally it’s quite supportive. But my room condition need to get improved. Eg, during my stay, had no slippers, shower gel is out of refill, bedside phone is spoiled, drinking water didn’t refill everyday.
