Nice room, easy to find, off the main road so peaceful at night.
Friendly staff, nice welcome.
We were "upgraded" to a room with a terrace, however, it was a ground floor room with a small outside area that was very dark, so would have preferred to keep our original booking.

the hotel is very nicely located in the city centre and close to the Promenade des Angles but also the shopping centre, they have a very quiet and charming garden inside, which makes it really pleasant. the owners and management are very friendly and accommodating, we went there a few times already!
